The Hockey Lab Spring Camp is open to all players who meet the age requirements. Please read through each page carefully to ensure all information is accurate.

Payment Options:

1. Pay Online – Securely process your payment using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a checking account.

• A 3.5% + $2.00 processing fee will be applied.
• Your statement will show a charge from DSOW SPORTS.
• Current Sports Engine Processing fees maybe different than shown above.

1. Pay Offline – Send full payment via Venmo to @Dan-Groth-3.

⚠️ A deposit is required to secure your spot in the camp. Registrations without a deposit may be subject to cancellation.
